Basil, Apple, Pomegranate Salad

A Winter Salad Favorite

Ingredients

  • Seeds (arils) from two pomegrantes
  • 1 washed organic Autumn glory apple or similar, diced into ¼ inch pieces
  • 1 sprig fresh basil (about 3 to 4 leaves), very thinly sliced (chiffonade)

Instructions

  1. Place seeds and apples into a mixing bowl and stir gently to combine. Add basil and gently mix. Enjoy immediately or store for 2 days in the refrigerator.
