I don’t think there’s enough gratitude to pass on to our children for the amount of awesomeness they share with us and the world. Today I wondered inside my head why many adults miss the “little things” that are the “biggest things” to kids: curiosity in everything, delight in music and singing, joy in dancing, warmth in sharing food with others, mesmerized by nature. The “slow life” is missing from modern American life. And what is it making us? Are we happier and healthier? Or just constantly chasing the buck? I’m blessed to have these kids keeping me honest. How about you?
