This is a beyond easy way to get in your kale. For me, this isn’t the easiest task. Kale doesn’t taste good to me without being pulverized with fruits in smoothies or juices or drowned and simmered in a beautiful soup, or sautéed with a sauce. This recipe does the trick to make kale tasty in a simple way and my daughter and husband absolutely love it!
Notes: Kale chips can become overdone and burned very easily – within a minute. It is best to check the kale at the midway point, and thereafter, every minute or so. When the tips of the leaves begin to brown, it is time to remove them from the oven.
